Come for 2-3 hours of fun & personal exploration with SoulCollage®! This is a process developed by Seena Frost which allows you to create collaged images representing parts of yourself, your personality, your community, and yes, your soul. Those images, captured on 5×8 cards, bring an invitation for reflection, inner dialog, and new insights into your life and it’s experiences.
You may wonder if you need to be artistic to do this … the answer is NO! While the cards are a visual expression, it isn’t about “making art” it’s really about “making meaning.” It isn’t the physical beauty of the cards but rather the deeper representation of who you are that embodies it’s true beauty. Therefore, you do not need any artistic ability or talent – you simply need an openness to seeing what your soul or sub-conscious is revealing to you through the images.

I have been utilizing and facilitating SoulCollage® since 2014. This process is fun, insightful, and so enabling to process, connect and better understand yourself. It is such a joy to be part of the process while you create and support one another!

MeCards4Kids® is an innovative collage and poetry process for children. MeCards4Kids® encourages kids of all ages to develop and articulate self-awareness and creative expression through an integrated and experiential process. After children create their collage, they write an ‘I Am’ poem/story inspired by the collage. The ‘I Am’ poem consists of sentence starters to stimulate their imagination and appreciation for the many pieces of them!
What they’ll experience:

– Poem writing/story telling
