What is wellness? There are a thousand definitions, but at it’s core, it’s being in a state of Joy – no matter what is happening around us. So how do we get there? To be our best selves as women, we need to fill our own cups. Exercise, time in nature, whole foods & holistic health, spiritual connection, looking at our mindsets – all of these things matter! I offer individual & group sessions, coaching, as well as mini and full-length retreats for you to invest in your own well-being.
